In 2018, we decided, as a company, that we want to revolutionize the snow and ice industry due to the number of property owners we would talk to who were dissatisfied with their services. In our opinion, this could be done using several methods. 

1. Be proactive about winter weather, including the use of pretreatments to reduce hardpack snow and increase efficiency for plowing, which in turn increases safety and reduces overall cost.
2. Understand property needs, including how snow emergencies should be handled and effectively communicating a plan that always keeps the property accessible, even during the harshest of winter storms that drop over 1 ft. of snow or more.
3. We use the right equipment for the right job, which leads to industry leading completion times.
